All new windows should be
Milgard Ultra Fiberglass, casement or fixed casement, max u-value: 28. They should also be simulated divided lights with an ovolo or ogee muntin as small as is offered, probably 3/4", in the inside and a putty-bevel shape on the outisde if Milgard offers them. I do not want attached trim as it will not match my house. Trim will be field fabricated.
